Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together cream, warm water and 1 tsp lemon juice to form a thick smooth paste, add this to the paste, stirring constantly, let it simmer for another 5-8 minutes, taste for seasoning, add the grilled chicken, garam masala, you can adjust the consistency, by adding more water, cover, let it simmer for 5 minutes, turn heat off, let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
