  14. When all the vegetables are cooked. Turn off the heat.
  15. Serve.

Melt the butter and heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add tarragon, chicken broth and the cooked chicken. Pour sauce over the chicken and garnish with a little more tarragon or some chopped fresh parsley or green onion if desired.
