Pound chicken breasts with a meat mallet to flaten. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, basil and thyme. I took other's advice and added the cream of mushroom soup and sauteed the mushrooms in some olive oil and garlic first. I also pounded the chicken to make sure it would be done in the timeframe recommended. The chicken was extremely moist and the flavors blended so well.
