- In medium sauce pan add butter and mined garlic
- Add 1 cup uncooked rice,bring to a boil
- In large skillet add oil and onions when skillet is hot,sautee onions til translucent,then add chicken breast cook 3-4 mins on both sides til half done
- Add can of mushroom to skillet cook for 3 mins
- Pour boiling rice in glass bake dish then add chicken breast and cream on top bake uncovered for 30 mins
